Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs
Comtes de champagne Blanc de Blancs
The eternal breath of history
100%
Chardonnay Grands Crus

Comtes de Champagne is only produced in exceptional years: forty-two vintages since 1952.
This bottle with its iconic curves reveals the most accomplished expression of Taittinger expertise. Composed of the five Grand Crus of the Côte des Blancs, the cuvée pays tribute to Chardonnay, introduced to Champagne eight centuries ago by Thibault IV Count of Champagne and King of Navarre.
Its finesse comes from its chalky soils and long ageing process: ten years in the Gallo-Roman chalk cellars of Saint-Nicaise. This is where its depth, texture and balance are developed.
Its eternal youth, intensity and elegance make it an exceptional cuvée.
