A fine team
A fine team
A “champagne” commitment: fine wine, joyful craftsmanship, a world of celebration.
Complementary personalities, united by a shared commitment: to bring a great wine to life with rigour, freedom and joy.

VITALIE TAITTINGER, PRESIDENT
The composer
An artist by training and a graduate of the Émile Cohl school, Vitalie Taittinger began her career as an illustrator before joining the Maison in 2007, when her father took over as director. As artistic director and then marketing and communications manager, she has developed a vision that combines high standards, culture and creativity.
Having inherited her grandmother’s artistic sensibility, she places art at the heart of Taittinger’s identity and is committed to contemporary creation, notably as chair of the Frac Champagne-Ardenne and the Platform association.
Now president, she unites art and champagne in the same dynamic. Through the creation of the Philanthropic Ars Nova endowment fund, she continues her commitment to supporting culture and making it accessible to new audiences. Fulfilment, authenticity, and inspiration guide this initiative, just as they shape her approach to advancing the champagne house’s development.

« Painting, creating champagnes, running a business all require putting your heart and soul into every decision to shape a drawing that truly reflects who we are. »
CLOVIS TAITTINGER, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Openness to the world
Clovis Taittinger joined the champagne house in 2007 to support its development at a key moment in its history. He took charge of international operations, a crucial challenge given that 75% of sales are now generated abroad. He works around the world to strengthen existing markets, open up new ones, and establish Taittinger’s lasting style abroad.
Through encounters and partnerships, he also nurtures a true Taittinger family beyond the House itself, bringing together distributors, partners, chefs, sommeliers and enthusiasts around a shared champagne culture.
« Champagne” isn’t just a French word – it’s universal. It embodies an ideal of freedom, joyful living and fraternity. »
PIERRE-EMMANUEL TAITTINGER, HONORARY PRESIDENT
The passion of a lifetime
Grandson of Pierre Taittinger, Pierre-Emmanuel joined the champagne house in 1976 as a sales representative and rose through the ranks to become senior manager. In 2006, at a major turning point for the company, he played a decisive role in the operation that enabled the family to take over the House alongside his children, Vitalie and Clovis. A passionate chairman, he champions the champagne house’s independence, revitalisation and growth.
A lover of art, literature and nature, he inspires a hedonistic yet responsible vision. Driven by his initiative, the vineyard obtained HVE and VDC environmental certifications in 2017 and the Champagne region was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2015. Since 2019, he has chaired the Atelier Simon-Marq stained-glass studio, continuing his commitment to culture, expertise and knowledge transfer.

« In a world of ‘multiverses’, Champagne and its everlasting bubbles have remained for me an eternal source of dreams, questions, adventure, friendship and life. »

CHRISTELLE RINVILLE, VINEYARD DIRECTOR
Life in the service of nature
At the head of the vineyard since 2020, Christelle Rinvillle accompanies every step, from planting to harvest, with a constant demand for quality. Specialising in plant technology, she contributes expertise in adapting practices to global warming and has committed the estate to sustainable viticulture. Under her leadership, the vineyard has obtained HVE and VDC certifications.
As the guardian of a precise craft, she advocates an approach where each vintage requires humility, observation and adaptability to allow the vineyard to express itself properly. Joining the House in 2015 was a natural step: she found a family spirit and an artisanal vision where biodiversity and balance go hand in hand.

ALEXANDRE PONNAVOY, CELLAR MASTER
The architect of style
The son and grandson of farmers, he developed a passion for agronomy and oenology from an early age, which he enhanced with experiences in California and South Africa. Back in Aube, he spent ten years putting his expertise to work at the Station Œnotechnique de Champagne (a wine research station). In 2015, he joined Maison Taittinger and succeeded the longstanding cellar master, Loïc Dupont. Three years of immersion by his side deepened his understanding of the nuances of a heritage that must be faithfully preserved and passed on.
Attentive to the tension of the Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs, the depth of the Pinot Noirs from the Montagne de Reims, and the liveliness of those from the Aube, he composes his wines in a constant quest for balance: elegance, finesse and purity. In the shadow of the chalk cellars, he continues to express Taittinger style with precision and sensitivity.
